The series EAZY identifies the pad printing machines easier to use and that don’t require special

The EAZY Series of Pad Printing Machines are the ideal economical pad printing solution for textile printing and all general production applications. All have a sealed inkcup system, enabling color changes to be made quickly and with fewer fumes released to the environment. Available in one and two color configurations.

Features

The EAZY Series of pad printing machines features a large-diameter cup at an affordable price.

The EAZY series can be configured with an “RR” pad shuttle. With this configuration, the part remains stationary and the pads move side-to-side for exact print registration on multicolor applications.

  • EAZY 130 Pad Printing Machine

    With a sealed inking system and guaranteed excellent printing uniformity, this machine is economically and environmentally ideal.
    • The control panel enables the operator to set speed, pickup and print strokes, continuous and/or single cycle, plus more.
    • Pneumatic operation guarantees excellent printing uniformity and independent pressure regulation on parts and cliché.
    • The cycle speed of this machine is 1,200 per hour, but operator and ink limitations allow us to realistically calculate production based on 800 to 1,000 cycles per hour.
    • The print holder table of the EAZY 130 is adjustable in all directions (X-Y-Z axes).
    • The machine is also easy to operate and requires no special maintenance.
