Over the past 25 years EPS has been forwarding the inkjet revolution with each production system designed and built. However, every advancement must first be qualified and developed to understand the true capabilities.
EPS’s Engineering and Application Technicians developed a test rig designed specifically to expedite the qualification, sampling, and validation process for each new venture.
EPS is now offering this system to partners looking to integrate inkjet into their automation lines, to create custom samples, to test new ink developments, and / or to test proof of concept application studies for exploring new market opportunities.
The ‘Test Rig’ is based on a modular open architecture allowing for it to be used for a wide variety of ink development needs.
The system is designed for maximum access to all critical components allowing for quick and efficient adjustments and change overs from one setup to another.
In certain circumstances the part must undergo material pre-treatment. Our sample testing process includes an independent set up for pre-treatment that includes flame, corona, and plasma.
Our sample testing environment helps our Technicians establish the ideal ink set, printhead configuration, and part movement to properly recommend an integration plan for a customer’s application with a high degree of confidence.
